- Who can use it
- Operator on a Windows computer (installation requires administrator approval).
- Where to find it
- The TimerPRO_Setup_<version>.exe installer from timerpro.eu (customer account) or from your reseller.
1Installation
- Run TimerPRO_Setup_<version>.exe.
- Windows asks for permission to make changes (administrator window) — confirm with Yes.
- Go through the installer steps and click Finish. A TimerPRO shortcut appears on the desktop and in the Start menu.
- Start the program from the shortcut. The program downloads new versions and offers to install them by itself — there is no need to download the installer again.
2Program window
- After start the program window opens on the Timer tab:
- 1 Tabs — all program functions (described in Main screen).
- 2 License plan — FREE or PRO (see License and activation).
- 3 Current time of the computer.

Result: The program is ready: set the time and press Start (see Time control).
3Clock window
- Together with the program the clock window opens — the screen for the speaker. When a second monitor (TV, projector) is connected, the clock window opens on it in full screen.
- 1 Time of the talk.
- 2 Current time.
- 3 Progress bar — how much time has passed.
4Program language
- The program works in Polish, English, German and Spanish.

Chapter 2 · Getting started
License and activation
How the free version differs from the full one and how to activate a license key.
- What it is for
- The free version (FREE) is enough for simple countdowns. The full version (PRO) unlocks, among others, the conference agenda, messages for the speaker, triggers, NDI and unlimited lectures.
- Who can use it
- Operator on the computer with the program. Activation needs an internet connection.
- Where to find it
- The License tab (key icon at the end of the tab bar).
1License tab
- 1 Current license — PRO — full version, Trial version or Free version and the days left.
- 2 Details — license type, status, expiry date, who the license belongs to.
- 3 License key and 4 E-mail used for the purchase — activation data (from the e-mail after purchase).
- 5 Activate — activates the key on this computer.
- 6 Buy full version — opens the shop on timerpro.eu.
- 7 Refresh — checks the license again (e.g. after a renewal).
2Activating a key
- Open the License tab.
- Enter the key in the License key field — in the form XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX.
- Enter the e-mail address used for the purchase in the E-mail used for the purchase field.
- Click Activate.
Result: The message “License activated” appears and the top right corner of the program shows PRO instead of FREE. PRO functions work immediately, without restarting.
3What the full version gives
- FREE — timer with preview and clock window, 5 lectures, monitor selection, clock page in the browser, up to 5 Stream Deck assignments.
- PRO — additionally: unlimited lectures, conference agenda (also online with a QR code), messages for the speaker, triggers, NDI, alpha channel, broadcast templates, Excel import and export, QR codes, unlimited Stream Deck.

- 2 Session tile — number, title, duration, start time. Click a tile to edit the session; drag a tile to change the order (times and numbers update by themselves).
5Excel template, import and export
- In the agenda bar: Excel template — an Excel file to fill in (e.g. send it to speakers or organisers); Import — loads the agenda from an Excel file or a conference copy (.json); Export — saves the agenda to Excel (same layout as the template — you can edit it and import it back) or as a conference copy (.json, e.g. for another computer).
- The template has three sheets: Agenda — empty, with headers (one session per row: time, duration, type, title, speaker — several separated with a semicolon, position, company, room, description), Conference (name, date, times) and Instructions — description and example rows to copy.
- After you choose the file, the program shows a preview: 1 file and number of sessions, 2 the first sessions, 3 skipped rows with their number and reason (e.g. no title, wrong duration), 4 where to save — Add to the conference “…”… or New conference from file (with name and date), 5 Import.
- A ready file with data to try the import: docs/przyklady/Agenda-example.xlsx (PL: Agenda-przyklad.xlsx) — a conference day with speakers, breaks and a panel. When a session is not saved (e.g. it ends after the conference end time), the program shows the reason.
6Speakers from the Lectures tab
- Already have speakers in the Lectures tab (e.g. from an Excel import)? In the agenda bar click From lectures: 1 search, 2 select lectures (Select all / Deselect all), 3 Time of the first session — empty = after the last session, 4 Add sessions. Sessions get the title, speaker and duration of the lecture, one after another.
- In the session window, in the speaker section, the From lectures… button fills in the speaker, title and duration from one lecture. In a panel each chosen lecture adds another speaker. When the fields are already filled in, the program asks: Replace or Cancel (fills in only the empty fields).
7New conference
- 1 Conference Title — the conference name (also shown on the attendee page).
- 2 Date — the conference day.
- 3 Start Time and 4 End Time.

- When you change the agenda during the day, click Refresh from agenda above the queue.
Chapter 11 · Working with an event
Live agenda and online event
How to show attendees the agenda on their phones — on the local network or on the internet.
- What it is for
- Attendees scan a QR code and see the live agenda: which session is running, how much time is left, what comes next. Several rooms (separate computers with the program) can be joined into one event with one page.
- Who can use it
- Operator in the program — PRO feature. The online page needs an internet connection; the local view works on the computer’s network.
- Where to find it
- Agenda tab → Live agenda bar above the agenda (visible when a conference is selected).
1Live agenda bar
- 1 Publish online — sends the agenda to the internet page (timerpro.eu) and keeps it up to date. When off — the agenda is not sent.

2Agenda look
- You choose the look of the page — attendees (local network and online) see only this one look, with no switch.
- 1 Template — Current, Stage, List only or Light (examples below).
- 2 Text font and 3 Clock font — fonts available to every viewer, also on phones.
- 4 Clock colour — the countdown colour (near the end the clock still turns orange, after time — red).
- 5 Preview — a sample of the fonts and colour.
- 6 Open the agenda page — the real page in a browser; 7 Save — the page for attendees changes within a few seconds.
3Template “Current”
- Now, Next and the agenda — for phones: the Now card with the clock, the Next card and the whole agenda with times.
4Template “Stage”
- Huge clock with the title — screen for the speaker or the room: the clock fills almost the whole screen, the title and speaker below, Next at the bottom.
5Template “List only”

6Template “Light”
- “Current” in light colours — projector, daylight.
7QR code for printing
- 1 QR code — leads to the agenda page of this conference.
- 2 Address of the page.
- 3 Save PNG — an image with the code, name and address (for a poster, slide, badge).
- 4 Print — an A4 page with the code.
8Event with several rooms
- When a conference has several rooms, each with its own computer running TimerPRO, you create one page with the agendas of all rooms like this:
- 1 Event name — a common name (e.g. the conference name).
- 2 Name of this room — the name of this computer’s room.
- 3 Create event — creates the event; the program shows the event link and the join code.
- On the computers in the other rooms: Join event → paste the link and the code, type the room name.
Result: Attendees get one link (or QR code) to the page with the agendas of all rooms.
9Agenda on the local network
- Without internet the agenda works on the local network (venue Wi-Fi): the attendee must be on the same network as the computer with the program.
- Address and QR code: in the agenda, the Local Network (QR & Link) button — the address looks like http://192.168.1.100:5000/live/… (with your computer’s address).
- Local view on the bar opens the same view in a browser — good for checking before the conference.
Next: Automatic triggers
Chapter 12 · Working with an event
Automatic triggers
How to make the program react to time by itself: message, flash, sound, next lecture.
- What it is for
- A trigger is a “WHEN → THEN” rule, e.g. “when 90% of the time has passed → show the speaker the message “5 minutes left””. The operator does not have to watch every moment.
- Who can use it
- Operator in the program — saving triggers is a PRO feature (in FREE you can only look at the screen).
- Where to find it
- Triggers tab.
1New trigger
- 1 Trigger name — any name, e.g. “90% warning”.
- 2 WHEN — condition: Progress reaches %, Time remaining equals (min), Time elapsed equals (min) or an event (start, pause, reset, 00:00, overtime).
- 3 Condition value — percent or minutes.
- 4 THEN — action: message, predefined message, screen flash, sound, next lecture, start / pause / reset, add or subtract time.
- 5 Action parameter — here: which message to show.
- 6 Add Trigger — saves the trigger.
- 7 Clear — clears the form.
2Trigger list

- 2 NDI Source — source selection; 3 Refresh — search for sources again; 4 Connect.
- 5 Preview of the source image with overlays.
- 6 Show Timer and 7 Show message — clock and messages on the image; below them position, size, colour. The overlay always stays fully on the image: at an edge (e.g. “Top Left”) it moves into the corner, and a font that is too large is reduced.
- 8 Display on the monitor — sends the image with overlays to the speaker screen instead of the plain clock.
- 9 Secondary Display Quality — quality and frame rate of the image on the speaker screen.
- 10 Source information — details of the connected source.
