Complaints are processed within 14 business days from the date of their submission. The customer will be informed about the result of the complaint via email.
Refunds for digital products are made within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the withdrawal statement, provided that the delivery of the digital product has not started earlier with the customer's consent.
The right to withdraw from the agreement does not apply to digital products if their delivery has begun with the express consent of the customer before the expiry of the 14-day period for withdrawal from the agreement.
A customer who has not agreed to an earlier start of delivery of the digital product has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from its conclusion.
To exercise the right to withdraw from the agreement, the customer should send a withdrawal statement via email to: staszek@as-media.com.pl.

7.2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of order fulfillment, customer service, and marketing purposes (with the customer's consent).
