ASLIVEMEDIA Online Store Privacy Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing personal data by ASLIVEMEDIA sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Lublin, ul. Anny Walentynowicz 9/235, 20-328 Lublin, Poland, NIP: 9462727563, REGON: 525063416, hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator".

1.2. The Administrator processes personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR).

2. Scope of processed personal data

2.1. The Administrator processes the following personal data of Customers:

  • First and last name,
  • Email address,
  • Phone number,
  • Correspondence address (for physical orders),
  • Payment data (account number, transaction details).

2.2. In the case of subscriptions, information about the Customer's purchasing preferences may be processed.

3. Purposes and legal basis for processing personal data

3.1. Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Order processing (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
  • Handling complaints and returns (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
  • Sending commercial information (with Customer's consent) (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
  • Conducting financial settlements (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

3.2. We send news updates (newsletter) only to people who have consented: by ticking the box at registration, in the customer account (Profile), or by subscribing in the website footer and confirming via the link in the email. Consent can be withdrawn at any time — with the “Unsubscribe” link in every message or in the customer account. As proof of consent we record its date, how it was given and the IP address.

4. Sharing personal data

4.1. Customers' personal data may be shared with third parties only to the extent necessary to fulfill orders, i.e.:

  • Courier companies for the delivery of ordered products,
  • Payment operators for handling financial transactions.

4.2. Personal data is not sold or shared with other entities for marketing purposes.

5. Data retention period

5.1. Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, i.e.:

  • Data related to order fulfillment – for a period of 5 years (in accordance with accounting requirements),
  • Data processed on the basis of consent – until its withdrawal.

6. Customer rights

6.1. The Customer has the right to:

  • Access their personal data,
  • Rectify incorrect or incomplete data,
  • Delete data ("right to be forgotten"),
  • Restrict data processing,
  • Transfer data to another administrator,
  • Object to data processing based on the Administrator's legitimate interest,
  • Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time.

6.2. To exercise their rights, the Customer may contact the Administrator via e-mail: staszek@as-media.com.pl.

7. Cookies

7.1. The online store uses cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the website and to analyze traffic on the site.

7.2. The Customer has the option to manage cookie settings through their web browser.

8. Personal data security

8.1. The Administrator applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed personal data, in particular against unauthorized access, loss or destruction of data.

8.2. To protect accounts against unauthorized access (the Administrator's legitimate interest), every login attempt on the website is recorded in a log: e-mail address, login result, date and time, IP address, approximate location (country and city determined on the Administrator's server, without sharing the IP address with any other party) and browser type. Entries are deleted automatically after 90 days and are available only to the Administrator.

8.3. The TimerPRO program connects to the license server at startup and once a day to check the license. The Administrator records the date and time of each computer's last connection and, when a license is activated on a computer, its name and IP address (used to determine an approximate location — country and city — on the Administrator's server, without sharing the IP address with any other party). The data is used for license handling and technical support and is available only to the Administrator.

9. Final provisions

9.1. The Administrator reserves the right to introduce changes to this Privacy Policy. Customers will be informed about the changes with appropriate advance notice.

9.2. In matters not regulated by this Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and Polish law apply.
