2.1. The Administrator processes the following personal data of Customers:

• First and last name,
• Email address,
• Phone number,
• Correspondence address (for physical orders),
• Payment data (account number, transaction details).

2.2. In the case of subscriptions, information about the Customer's purchasing preferences may be processed.

3. Purposes and legal basis for processing personal data

3.1. Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Order processing (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
• Handling complaints and returns (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
• Sending commercial information (with Customer's consent) (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
• Conducting financial settlements (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Sharing personal data

4.1. Customers' personal data may be shared with third parties only to the extent necessary to fulfill orders, i.e.:

• Courier companies for the delivery of ordered products,
• Payment operators for handling financial transactions.

4.2. Personal data is not sold or shared with other entities for marketing purposes.

5.1. Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, i.e.:

• Data related to order fulfillment – for a period of 5 years (in accordance with accounting requirements),
• Data processed on the basis of consent – until its withdrawal.

6.1. The Customer has the right to:

• Access their personal data,
• Rectify incorrect or incomplete data,
• Delete data ("right to be forgotten"),
• Restrict data processing,
• Transfer data to another administrator,
• Object to data processing based on the Administrator's legitimate interest,
• Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time.

8.1. The Administrator applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed personal data, in particular against unauthorized access, loss or destruction of data.

9.1. The Administrator reserves the right to introduce changes to this Privacy Policy. Customers will be informed about the changes with appropriate advance notice.

9.2. In matters not regulated by this Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and Polish law apply.
