Delivery Policy
1. Digital Products Delivery
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment is registered. The download link will be sent to the email address provided when placing the order. In the case of online payments, access to files will be possible right after the successful completion of the transaction.
2. Physical Products Delivery
We deliver physical products in Poland through InPost and Polish Post.
Below are the details regarding delivery:
InPost – Parcel Lockers
- Delivery time: 1-2 business days from the moment of shipment.
- Delivery cost: 14.99 PLN.
- Shipment status can be tracked on the InPost website using the tracking number.
Polish Post – Courier 48
- Delivery time: 2-3 business days from the moment of shipment.
- Delivery cost: 16.99 PLN.
- The shipment tracking number will be sent by email after the order is shipped.
Additional Information
- Shipments are sent within 24 hours of payment confirmation (on business days).
- For orders placed on weekends, the shipment is sent on the next business day.
- For orders worth over 300 PLN, delivery is free.
