Fixes:
- NDI (source receive): the clock and the message on the image always fit completely — a „Quick Position” at an edge (e.g. „Top Left”) moves the overlay into the corner, and a font that is too large is reduced. The same on the speaker screen.
- NDI: slider labels show the unit once (e.g. „5%”, „120px”).

Fixes:
- Agenda: „New conference” always creates a new conference. Before, after editing or deleting another conference, saving ended with „Conference not found” or changed the previous conference.
- Agenda: when a session cannot be saved, the program tells you why (e.g. „The session ends after the conference end”) — also for „From lectures” and the Excel import.
- Background image: the clock mode (time on the full screen) is shown on the background image instead of a black screen; the button that exits the clock mode is not visible to the audience.

Changes:
- The Excel agenda template is empty (headers only); example rows are in the „Instructions” sheet.

New in 1.8.1:
- Agenda: an Excel template to download (e.g. for speakers and organisers), agenda import from Excel or a conference copy (.json) with a preview — „Append to conference” or „New conference from file”; wrong rows are shown with their number and skipped.
- Agenda: export to Excel (same layout as the template) and a conference copy (.json) — times and speakers kept.
- Agenda: speakers from the Lectures tab — „From lectures” adds the selected lectures as sessions; „From lectures…” in the session window fills in the speaker, title and duration.

Fixes in 1.8.1:
- Security: titles, names and places in the agenda are always shown as text (typed HTML code is not executed).
- Importing a conference from a .json file no longer loses speakers or session times.

New:
- A new look of the whole program (light and dark theme), languages PL, EN, DE and ES. Your lectures, Timeline, settings and assignments stay.
- Automatic updates: a new version downloads in the background, you install it when you want — never during a countdown.
- Clock appearance in one place: preview, timer window, web page and NDI look the same — font, colours, size, progress bar, phase colours, time of day, blinking.
- Countdown format HH:MM:SS / Automatic / MM:SS.
- Background image separately for the timer window, the web page and the NDI output.
- Conference agenda: sessions with speakers and rooms, drag-and-drop order (times recalculate automatically), „From agenda…” to the Timeline.
- Live agenda: what is on now, who is next, delay forecast; agenda page on the local network and online at timerpro.eu (PRO) — languages, an event with many rooms, a permanent link and a printable QR code, attendee page look.
- Stream Deck connected directly over USB — without the Elgato app and plugin: ready boards, a live countdown on a key, keys that show the state.
- Your own Stream Deck keys and boards: function, label, icon, colours, drag-and-drop, export / import.
- NDI output with the timer window (full monitor resolution).
- Timeline schedule, stopwatch, break with a countdown, 3 time presets, presentation mode.
- Triggers: „Play sound”, „Next lecture”, „After time” event. Broadcast: templates with a preview.

Fixes:
- The licence no longer disappears after a network, network card or Windows update change; new licence server.
- „Start/Pause” on Stream Deck, a key and Companion pauses on the second press.
- Closing the program ends it completely.
- Many display fixes (second monitor, time of day, percent, message blinking, background on the web page).

Behaviour changes:
- The classic view has been retired — the program has one, new view.
- Shortcuts: Ctrl+Space (start / pause), Ctrl+R (reset).
