How to manage lecture list in Timer Pro

Timer Pro offers advanced lecture management system, enabling creation, editing and organization of event programs with predefined times.

Creating new lecture

  1. Launch Timer Pro
  2. Go to "Lectures" tab (F3)
  3. Click "New lecture" button
  4. Fill the form:
    • Lecture name: Enter presentation title
    • Duration: Set time in minutes
    • Description: Optional description or notes
  5. Click "Save"

Editing existing lectures

  1. In lecture list select lecture to edit
  2. Click "Edit" or press F4
  3. Make changes in the form
  4. Click "Save changes"

Starting lecture

  1. Select lecture from list
  2. Click "Start" or press Enter
  3. Timer will automatically set to lecture time
  4. Begin countdown with Start button

Import and export

Export lecture list

  1. In "Lectures" tab click "Export"
  2. Choose file location
  3. File will be saved in CSV format

Import lecture list

  1. Click "Import"
  2. Select CSV file with lectures
  3. Confirm import
